for International Students and Staff Members. The reception takes place in the Main Auditorium of the University of Tampere (Main Building, Kalevantie 4) on 29 November 2012 at 6 p.m.
The reception is organized to celebrate Finland's Independence Day. Finland was declared independent on 6 December 1917. The Unipoli network invites all international students and staff members of UTA, TUT and TAMK to the event.
In Finland, the Independence Day is celebrated in a respectful and solemn manner. During the reception, we will hear reflections on Finland and enjoy Finnish music and dance.
The event is offered by the UnipoliTampere network (the University of Tampere, Tampere University of Technology and Tampere University of Applied Sciences). The event is formal, but there is no dress code.
